Re-registration with the vhb

Re-registration requirements

As only regular students at our member universities are entitled to have free access to the courses offered by the Virtual University of Bavaria (vhb) , evidence of student status has to be provided each semester. This requires the student to re-register each semester and provide proof of enrolment.

For regular students registration with the vhb is at first always only valid for the semester indicated on the application form.

Identification and password

Identification and password continue to be valid in subsequent semesters. Should you at any time have forgotten your access data, you can use the online reconstruction option.

No re-registration requirement for “other persons (other users)”

Other users are asked to accept again the rules and regulations with their first login for the new semester. Re-registration is not required for this group.
