Student support and supervision is of paramount importance to the Virtual University of Bavaria (vhb). Every student in every course receives support. Any question, whether technical or content related, is answered as quickly as possible.

Online tutors, who, as a rule, have themselves received net-assisted training, supervise the courses. It is at any time possible for you to contact course providers and those colleagues responsible for tutorial support.
The intensity of the support provided depends on the course offered. Problem-oriented individualised learning based on case studies requires less tutorial support than an online seminar in which individual topics are completed successively by students and students work together in small groups with tutorial support.
