Submission of bids
The description of tasks is the basis for the tendering procedure and the subsequent submission of bids. As an alternative to the creation of a new course, an existing net based course can be licensed with the consortium’s consent for the vhb.
On the basis of the accepted bid a course is commissioned or a license agreement for the use of an existing course obtained.
