A first exchange of virtual courses between Bavaria and the state of Baden-Württemberg already took place in the summer semester of 2002. The vhb currently cooperates with some universities in Baden-Württemberg to make their course offerings available to Bavarian students and, in return, the vhb enables a limited number of students from these cooperating universities in Baden-Württemberg to take part in vhb courses.
