Each member university sends a vhb representative to the general meeting, usually a member of the university management.

The network character of vhb becomes particularly obvious in the general meeting. The decision on strategy papers, regulations and directives to be passed and plans on our future development are major topics of the general meeting. The representatives of our member universities also elect the executive committee and the programme committee. vhb is therefore an integrated part of the member universities. They are responsible for all course content and make essential contributions to the continuous development of vhb.
